 We at Steward’s Productions understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may come up. If you must change the date, or venue, for your event, you must contact us 30 days before the event. Although we cannot guarantee we will still be available for the new date, we will attempt to provide services for you if we are available, but may require an additional deposit.

  • Do you have insurance? Steward’s Productions is insured. Proof of insurance will be provided upon request
  • Do you have a wireless microphone? Yes
  • Do you offer a written contract? In order to schedule your event, we do require that all events have a contract on file.
  • Do you require a retainer? In most cases, we do require a non-refundable retainer at the time of scheduling the event, but this may be waived at the discretion of Steward’s Productions. 
  • Will you hold the date for us? We will reserve a date for you as soon as we receive the retainer.
  • I need to change the date or venue for my event, what should I do? We at Steward’s Productions understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may come up. If you must change the date, or venue, for your event, you must contact us 30 days before the event. Although we cannot guarantee we will still be available for the new date, we will attempt to provide services for you if we are available, but may require an additional retainer.
  • Can I upgrade my package after I have already signed the contract for a lower package?Steward’s Productions aims to help you have a magical evening that you will never forget by providing the best entertainment package to meet your needs. However, if you wish to upgrade your package, you will need to contact us 30 days before the event, so we can give you the new quote and start to work on the additions you want to make. Contacting us less than 30 days before the event does not guarantee we will be able to accommodate your requests. An additional deposit may be required when upgrading your package.
  • Who will be the DJ at my event? The DJ for Steward’s Productions is Brandon Steward and or Jay Taylor.
  • How many years of experience does the DJ have? Brandon Steward has been working as a DJ for more than 12 years. He developed Steward’s Productions in 2005 because he saw the demand for higher quality video, audio, lighting, and entertainment production. Brandon Steward aims for 100% customer satisfaction in all jobs.  Your event will always be the most important to Steward’s Production.
  • Do you rent or own your equipment? Unlike some other production companies, Steward’s Productions owns all its equipment. This is to ensure our equipment is properly maintained and will perform as expected at your event.
  • Do you perform more than one event per day? Because we do aim for a higher standard of care, we do not schedule more than one event per day. This allows us to focus on making your event the most memorable day for you and your guests.
  • Do you Emcee? Yes. At Steward’s Productions, we pride ourselves on being able to motivate crowds by speaking with confidence to ensure your event is successful. We are also able to announce special introductions and make shout-outs.
  • What type of events do you provide service for? Steward’s Productions will provide services for events for any occasion. Some of the more popular events that we have provided services for include

  • Are you licensed to use the music? Unlike some other production companies, Steward’s Productions maintains high standards in music and video sharing. We never use music that we are not legally allowed to share, so as to avoid copyright infringement.
  • What packages do you offer? We offer customized options for all our clients based on the event size, wants and needs of our clients. We no longer offer packages anymore due to we were finding that there was a lot that clients do not need or had to change. Please be advised that it is very important that we meet and speak to you about your next event, we do this so we are not coming off as a aggressive salesman.
